In the unusual event of defect or failure of phone cards sold by CheapestPhoneCardRates.com through our supplier, SpeedyPin.com, a prompt replacement of the card(s) or lost minutes will be made. Period! SpeedyPin.com’s guarantee is limited to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims against SpeedyPin.com’s guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase. SpeedyPin.com’s guarantee is void if the product submitted for replacement has expired or where the purchaser has used the product to any degree. Where the purchaser took delivery of a physical phone card (as against a “virtual PIN”), no replacement will be made without the return of the physical phone card in new condition. SpeedyPin.com’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of its defective products. SpeedyPin.com makes no warranty of its products with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages. Please view our guarantee, however, for other remedies if you are having trouble with a phone card. Rechargeable PINAlso known as a rechargeable phone card. The ability to recharge a PIN means that you have the additional conveniences of adding more money to the same PIN and never having to remember a new PIN. Currently, you may recharge applicable cards online or over the phone. Disconnect FeeA fee that is charged when a telephone call is ended. SurchargeA fee that is charged for processing an order or handling a phone call. Minute RoundingA basic measurement to record the length of a phone call. If you made a two minute phone call on a phone card with three minute rounding, your call would be billed for a full three minutes. ExpirationSome calling cards have an expiration date. Any unused minutes on a phone card will be forfeited at the point of expiration. Connection FeeA fee that is charged when a telephone call is connected. Maintenance FeeA fee that is charged if you don’t use all of your minutes on a single phone call. Typically it is charged immediately after the termination of the first call unless otherwise stated. The charge has the effect of reducing the available minutes on the phone card. For example, if you purchased a .00 prepaid phone card with a 50¢ Weekly Maintenance Fee and did not use all of your minutes on the first call, 50¢ would be deducted from the card. An additional 50 cents will be deducted every seven days thereafter. PINA Personal Identification Number is the unique tracking code associated with an individual prepaid phone card. PINless DialingIf your card has a PINless feature you can set up an account for your home phone and when you make calls from that phone you won't have to enter your PIN. You can program your phone to dial the tollfree number to make calling more convenient. Account RechargingIf your card has a recharge feature you can set up an account and then when you buy new cards you can add the new minutes to your account. Access NumberThe phone number you will dial first before entering your PIN and making a phone call. International CallsA phone call to a destination outside of the Unites States of America. Or a phone call from any country back to the United States of America. CarrierA company that creates and sells telecommunications products such as prepaid phone cards.
